Slumbino is a sleep tracking app for babies and new parents. We understand that data about infants and families is especially sensitive. That understanding has shaped every architectural decision in how Slumbino is built.
This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, where it lives, and your rights under Australian law. Slumbino is a brand of Sleep Portfolio, Queensland, Australia.
Slumbino does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. All account creation and data entry is performed by the adult parent or caregiver. If you believe information relating to a child has been misused, contact sleepportfolio@gmail.com immediately.
Your family's sleep data stays encrypted on your device.
This data is never transmitted to Slumbino servers. We have no access to it.

Analytics events contain: a random session identifier, event type, timestamp, device type and app version. They do not contain your name, email, baby data, or any personally identifiable information.
All data is stored in an encrypted SQLite database using AES-256 encryption. The key is held in your device's secure enclave (iOS) or Android Keystore (Android) and is never transmitted anywhere. Deleting the app permanently deletes all on-device data. We hold no copy.
The AI Sleep Coach is powered by the Anthropic API (Claude). When you interact with the Coach:

If you enable push notifications, we store your device push token to send reminders (nap reminders, bedtime alerts). Push tokens are not linked to your personal identity. You can disable them at any time — disabling notifications triggers deletion of your push token from our servers.
Consumer subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple App Store or Google Play, managed by RevenueCat. Slumbino never sees or stores your payment card details.

Because your family's sleep data is stored exclusively on your device, you already have complete control. You can view, export, and delete all data directly within the app.
Slumbino acknowledges the Privacy Act 2024 statutory tort for serious invasions of privacy and is committed to compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
You have rights under GDPR/UK GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, data portability, restriction, and objection. Contact sleepportfolio@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days.

Slumbino accounts may only be created by adults aged 18 and over. The App is not for direct use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has created an account, contact sleepportfolio@gmail.com immediately.
We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
